The first step in the process of receiving care from CNS Cares is obtaining your “White Card” from the Department of Labor, authorizing you to receive benefits. Energy Employee Resource Centers

The Department of Labor has set up resource center locations at all the major nuclear weapons production and test sites to assist claimants. Resource centers typically handle:
