Terra is such a kind and compassionate person; you can really tell she cares about people! She spent many hours with my cousin and my uncle, who has cancer, helping them start their claims and taking the time to walk them through the claims process. There were other companies that didn't seem interested in assisting with their claims, because of a previous denial, but she cared enough to try. She is always quick to respond and answer any questions. Our family is very grateful for the time she has given. She has made us all understand why "Cares" is in the company name.Chad S
