NEW: 1991–1993 SEC COVERAGE
Expanded Benefits Eligibility for Savannah River Site Workers
A new Special Exposure Cohort class covers certain construction trade employees of Department of Energy subcontractors who worked at Savannah River Site from January 1, 1991, through December 31, 1993.
For workers with a specified cancer who meet the class requirements, this expansion may simplify the process of qualifying for EEOICPA compensation and medical benefits.
Other qualifying SRS workers from 1953–1990 may already be covered under existing SEC classes.
