With a demonstrated track record of progressive growth and extensive experience in all aspects of human resources, Lee Ann is an accomplished executive-level human resources professional with discipline in recruitment and personnel management.
Lee Ann brings over 25 years of HR experience to CNS with over 12 years in a health care environment, and most recently as VP of HR for a large hospital in the Tampa Bay area.
With specialties in strategic planning, organization development, change management, workforce planning and recruiting, Lee Ann brings alignment with organizational values to the CNS workforce.
Lee Ann lives in Castle Rock with her husband of almost 32 years and enjoys time with her two grown children and Golden Retriever puppy.
