Employee Communications Terms of Use

1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to current CNS Cares employees who have agreed to receive work-related communications from CNS Cares, including text messages. They are separate from the Terms of Use for our public website visitors.

2. Staff text messaging program
CNS Cares sends operational text messages to staff, including open shift notices, shift reminders, schedule changes, cancellations, and coverage requests. These messages are not marketing or promotional.

3. Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in to our Employee SMS/Text Messaging Authorization Form during onboarding, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from CNS Cares at that number. Consent is not a condition of employment.

4. Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies based on scheduling needs. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Opt out and help
Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive a confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or call 1-877-259-9001. If you opt out, staffing and shift scheduling will be communicated through correspondence with your local office and/or our electronic medical records system’s scheduling feature.

6. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy
We use your mobile number only for work-related communications. Mobile information and opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal information.

8. Keep your information current
Notify our HR Department through the Paylocity system or by reaching out to hr@cnscares.com if your mobile number changes so you continue to receive shift alerts.

9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after an update means you accept the changes.
