1. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to current CNS Cares employees and describes how we handle the personal information we collect from you for work-related communications, including text messages. It is separate from the Privacy Policy for visitors to our public website.

2. Information we collect

Your name and work contact information.

Your mobile phone number.

Your consent records, such as your signed Employee SMS/Text Messaging Authorization Form, and your opt-in and opt-out history.

Basic message delivery records, such as dates and times messages were sent and whether they were delivered.

3. How we use your information
We use this information only to:

Send work-related text messages, including open shift notices, shift reminders, schedule changes, cancellations, and coverage requests.

Keep records of your consent and opt-out choices.

Maintain the security and operation of our messaging and scheduling systems.

Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your mobile number for marketing or promotional messages.

4. Mobile information and text messaging
Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for assistance.

5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only:

With service providers that help us deliver text messages and operate our scheduling systems, who may use it only to provide those services to us.

To comply with the law, a court order, or legal process.

To protect the rights, safety, or property of CNS Cares, our staff, or others.

As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, in which case the successor must honor this policy.

6. Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.

7. Your choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. If you opt out, we will communicate scheduling information through your local office and our electronic scheduling system. You may also contact HR to ask about, correct, or update the information we hold about you, including your mobile number, through the Paylocity system or at hr@cnscares.com.

8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date.
