Critical Nurse Staffing provides unparalleled home health care to the American Workforce including Veterans of the United States Armed Services, Workers Compensation Claims, and former energy workers (eligible for in-home care under the Department of Labor’s Office of Workers’ Compensation) who want to remain independent and live in their own homes. We want our patients to feel safe, comfortable, and confident at home, secure in the knowledge that Critical Nurse Staffing will support and care for them and their families every step of the way.

Our people are the heart of Critical Nurse Staffing. To each CNS nurse, exceptional expertise and service would be incomplete without the real relationships we form with our patients. We are honored to care for those who have sacrificed their health for their country. Our patients are heroes, and it’s our privilege at CNS to treat them as such – to recognize and value their service by honoring, respecting, and serving them and their families.

Critical Nurse Staffing is enrolled with the U.S. Department of Labor to provide nursing care to former defense workers now receiving benefits through EEOICP program, the Federal Black Lung Benefits Program (including the RECA and DCMWC programs), Workers’ Compensation Claims, and The Department of Veterans Affairs.

Improving the lives of those we touch and taking care of your loved ones as we would our own – is the philosophy Critical Nurse Staffing, LLC was built on. This simple concept, coupled with our core values, has guided CNS’s  growth in becoming one of the nation’s leading health care companies focused on bringing home the continuum of care.

Ionica Mosu, CNA

Congratulations to Ionica Mosu CNA, CNS’ October Employee of the Month! Ionica has been with CNS since 2015 and works in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her favorite thing about working for CNS is meeting and building relationships with her patients. Ionica says the best part of being an CNA is making a difference in her patients lives, showing compassion, and seeing them smile. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, cooking, playing tennis, and gardening.  Thank you, Ionica, for being a great caregiver to our patients.
